We draw from the philosophy of a healthy lifestyle and from a holistic approach to food and our bodies.

Our delicious food is prepared from fresh products picked from the Hotel garden or delivered by local suppliers. While taking a stroll around the garden or the park, you might spot our chefs collecting aromatic herbs which in the evening will make your meal taste like heaven.

At the request of our Guests, we can also prepare courses tailored to unique dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free or vegan). Yet the Werbena Restaurant is not only a feast for the palate, it works on all your senses: the designer interiors and panoramic views of the park will captivate even the most demanding Guests.
